Flamengo's Vice President of the Deliberative Council, Silvio Bastos Araújo, chaired the council's second meeting of 2025, consolidating initiatives that reinforce modernization and accessibility at the club. The session followed a hybrid model of participation, in-person and online, in line with the campaign's commitment to expanding inclusion and eliminating geographic barriers.

Held in the main hall of the headquarters, the meeting was attended by 258 council members in person and 140 remotely. The number of council members demonstrates the support and enthusiasm for a more democratic and accessible deliberative process.

The hybrid model is part of a pilot project aimed at fostering broad participation on the Council. Within 120 days, a technological solution is expected to be implemented that will allow, in addition to virtual presence, the full exercise of remote council members' voting rights, ensuring greater equity in the decision-making process.

During the session, the new sponsorship partnership with Shopee was approved, representing another important step in strengthening the Flamengo brand.
