Ninho do Urubu employees participate in SIPATMA
With the aim of guiding employees and collaborators, the club promotes a series of actions at CT George Helal
By Communication - Flamengo - inTo raise awareness and prevent workplace accidents, protect workers' health, and foster a sustainable environment, Flamengo held SIPATMA (Internal Week for the Prevention of Workplace Accidents and the Environment) on Monday (27) at Ninho do Urubu. Employees and collaborators at CT George Helal had the opportunity to participate in a series of activities aimed at promoting collective well-being. The event also featured partners such as Sesc Rio, which issued membership cards to members; KOLETA, a company specializing in banner recycling; and Mary Kay, which offered well-being tips and anti-stress massage therapy sessions.
SIPATMA is an initiative of the Clube de Regatas do Flamengo and CIPA, with support from the Civil Defense Secretariat of the State of Rio de Janeiro, SESC Rio, Rede D'OR, Mary Kay, Koleta, Fla Gávea, CRF Marketing, CRF HR, SMS and Board of Directors.
