The human resources department of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo held this Monday (30) the first in a series of lectures for the year 2023. The theme addressed at the inaugural meeting was White January, the month of mental health awareness. Psychologist Márcia Bernardes, from Clínica Laços - a partner of the club since 2019, spoke with employees in the Rogério Steinberg auditorium, in Gávea, and discussed the challenges of maintaining a healthy mind in the professional environment.
