And the tributes to star Leandro don't stop. After the unveiling of his bronze bust last Saturday at the club's headquarters, this Sunday (24), a celebratory game was held for the former world champion full-back for Flamengo, at the official Gávea field. Promoted by members of Fla-Nação, the event was attended by president Rodolfo Landim, general and legal vice-president Rodrigo Dunshee, Fla-Gávea vice-president Gustavo Fernandes, other members of the board, idols of the past and red-black fans who contributed to the creation of the bust.

The kick-off was given by the weekend's big honoree: Leandro, who thanked everyone present before the game.

"I want to thank everyone who participated in this game and who contributed greatly to the creation of my bust. I am very pleased and honored by all of this," said Leandro.

Fla-Nação intends to deliver four more busts by the end of the year. The next will be of former player Adílio.
