Recognizing Flamengo's strength in communication, as the undisputed leader among Latin American football clubs and a global leader in social media interactions, the Social Responsibility Department, in partnership with the club's Communications Department, created "Fla Comunica," a social project that aims to introduce young people aged 15 to 18 from social institutions to the field of communication through introductory workshops. The goal is to amplify voices, inspire new career paths, and promote communication for social change.

Eleven young people from the following institutions participated in this second edition of "Fla Comunica": Pequenas Vozes do Carmelo (Lapa), Projeto PQNA Lótus (Senador Camará), and CAMP Mangueira (Mangueira). In workshops led by professionals from the club and contracted agencies, the young people learned basic concepts about photography, design, social media, press relations, video production and editing, journalism concepts, and social media advertising, among others.

As a hands-on activity, the young people created content for athlete Gigi, a South American judo champion, and FlaTV presenter Julie Santos. The content produced by the young people will be published on Flamengo's social media channels.

At the end, they were invited to visit the CRF Communications and Marketing Departments and ended the day with a guided tour of the club, led by the Flamengo Museum's Education Department.
