"The Brazilian Football League (LiBRA) concluded its Ordinary Extraordinary General Assembly today (May 22nd) in São Paulo, with the presence of all its associated clubs. The meeting marked the beginning of a new cycle of institutional strengthening and strategic alignment of the group."

1. Approval of the 2025 accounts

In a gesture of transparency and commitment to governance, the clubs unanimously approved LiBRA's accounts for the 2025 fiscal year, continuing the association's accountability process.

2. Improving the business model

The clubs approved a work plan focused on the continuous improvement of the commercial and operational model of the broadcast rights contract, seeking to maximize the collective value of the competition in the long term.

3. Management reorganization

As part of governance improvements, changes to the management structure were approved, including strengthening the Business Committee, which will centralize discussions of common interest – both commercial and institutional.

The meeting also formalized the departure of executive Silvio Matos, who until then had provided services to the association.

4. Commitment to sustainability and construction collective

LiBRA reaffirms its commitment to an increasingly professional and sustainable league model, driven by collective construction among clubs, strengthening its relationship with the market, broadcast partners, sponsors, investors, and the public.
