Flamengo Regatta Club deeply regrets the death of former Olympic athlete Ulisses Laurindo. 

 

One of Brazil's representatives at the 1956 Melbourne Olympic Games, Laurindo was a record holder in the 4x400m relay and was part of the most successful generation of Brazilian athletics in the 50s.
