He has been experiencing abdominal pain for the past 24 hours and, after diagnostic investigation, is suspected of having drug-induced pancreatitis, and conservative treatment has already been initiated.
Jhonata's abdominal pain is improving today. He is hemodynamically stable and is off antibiotics. He will remain under observation in the semi-intensive care unit for the next 48 hours. The patient remains hospitalized for observation, and the prognosis for surgery remains unchanged for next Monday. Regarding the pancreatitis, it is necessary to await its evolution in the first 48 hours for a better prognosis. Currently, it does not present severity criteria. He remains under care.
