By Flamengo Communication - inClube de Regatas do Flamengo informs that it has become aware of the decision issued by the reporting judge in the case against the Brazilian Football League (Libra), which upheld the judicial freeze on the hearing fee amounts as indicated by Flamengo, corresponding to the so-called "Scenario 6", officially presented by the club during the League's Assembly.
Flamengo understands that the decision is fair and recognizes the legitimacy of the arguments presented, based on compliance with the Libra Statute, which requires unanimous approval from the clubs for any change in the criteria for distributing broadcast revenue.
The club should still request an improvement to the decision so that the criterion is extended to the next installment to be paid by Globo.
Finally, Flamengo reaffirms its commitment to dialogue and the collective strengthening of Brazilian football, reiterating its confidence that future decisions will continue to respect the principles of justice, equality, and good faith stipulated in the legislation and the League's Statute.
