Clube de Regatas do Flamengo informs that it has reached an agreement with the family of Christian Esmério in relation to case number 0305333-17.2021.8.19.0001, which is being processed in the Court of the State of Rio de Janeiro, and deals with the claim of the last family not yet compensated for the accident that occurred at Ninho do Urubu in 2019.

Flamengo understands that no amount of money can ease the pain of losing a son or brother, but continuing to litigate, given the circumstances of the case, could inflict even greater suffering on the family, which is not the Club's wish. Therefore, concluding the case and allowing the family financial compensation through the signing of the settlement was a top priority for Flamengo's current administration.
