Clube de Regatas do Flamengo informs that, on behalf of the president, Rodolfo Landim, the vice-president, Rodrigo Dunshee, and the vice-president of the cabinet, Diogo Lemos, it has contacted governments and security agencies to facilitate the necessary assistance to the red-blacks who will be in Belo Horizonte for the Copa do Brasil final against Atlético-MG, Sunday, at 16 pm, at Arena MRV.

The club's management held talks with the Governor of the State of Rio de Janeiro, Cláudio Castro, who established a bridge with the Governor of the State of Minas Gerais, Romeu Zema, to guarantee support for our fans.

At the request of Governor Zema, the command of the Military Police of Minas Gerais, through the General Commander, Colonel Frederico, will implement a special security plan for Flamengo fans, who will be monitored before, during and after the Copa do Brasil final.

The Rio de Janeiro Military Police will provide a meeting and escort logistics service from the city of Rio de Janeiro to the border with Minas Gerais, where the escort will be transferred to the Minas Gerais Military Police. We ask that you follow the guidelines of local authorities and work closely with the Military Police to ensure the successful completion of the entire operation.

The red-black board thanks the authorities for their hospitality, concern and prompt service towards our fans.

We emphasize that safe football is fertile ground for developing new sports enthusiasts and is fundamental for the image of Brazilian competitions.

Flamengo is always available to discuss measures, expand the logistical debate, and takes the lead in an increasingly important project in society: PEACE in stadiums.

Greetings Red-Blacks!
