This Black November, Flamengo launches the campaign “More than culture, identity!”, which encompasses the club's anti-racist actions, promoted by the Social Responsibility, Historical Heritage, Communications and Marketing departments.

Following the creation of an anti-racist working group focused on Flamengo employees and led by masters in Public Policy and Human Rights, an anti-racist booklet was produced in 2023, aiming to educate about the types of racism and how we can combat them in our daily lives. The Flamengo Museum's Education team will distribute the material to visitors. The campaign will also feature educational posts on the club's social media channels, which have over 60 million followers.

A themed product collection was also developed with several licensed club partners, featuring t-shirts, caps, sandals, and eco-bags, products with designs and concepts inspired by the strength and beauty of Blackness. One of the most special and highly anticipated pieces is the "Identity" shirt, developed in partnership with the great red-and-black samba singer Jorge Aragão, composer of the song of the same name that became an anthem for the cause. The lyrics of the iconic song are printed on the brown stripes of the jersey, which features beige and gold details on the collar, sleeves, and retro crest.

The shirt and the entire collection are on sale at Flamengo's official stores, both physical and online, and at the club's official store on Mercado Livre.
