CODE remote voting sees record turnout
The 2019 Financial Statements were approved during the first virtual meeting of the Deliberative Council.
By Flamengo Regatta Club - inThe last vote of Flamengo's Deliberative Council was carried out through remote voting, by email, and approved the Financial Statements for the 2019 Fiscal Year of the Board of Directors, contained in the Balance Sheet, Explanatory Notes, Independent Auditors' Report and Budget Execution Analysis, taking into account the technical opinions of the Fiscal Council and the Permanent Finance Committee of this Council.
The successful first virtual meeting had a record vote of 875 councilors, with the following result: 3 councilors voted to reject; 40 councilors voted to abstain; 832 councilors voted to approve.
