Flamengo shone and stood out in the Rio de Janeiro Judo Championship – Professor Geraldo Bernardes Trophy, held last weekend at the Vila Olímpica in Duque de Caxias.

Gama Filho won the overall medals champion trophy, followed by CRFlamengo.

The competition was attended by 1.200 judokas from various associations, 65 of which were from Clube de Regatas do Flamengo, which also secured medals in the Pre-Master, Master and Super Master classes.
