Flamengo is the overall champion of the Brazilian Judo Trophy
With five medals, three of which were gold, the red-black team won the tournament

The Brazilian Judo Trophy came to an end this Saturday (01) in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. With a total of five medals won over the two days of competition, FlaJudô emerged as the overall champion of Brazil's main judo competition. With this victory, the red-and-black club secured the right to nominate three athletes for international events.
The team's trajectory was marked by Rafaela Silva's gold medal (63kg), won on Friday, and by Marcelo Gomes (90kg) and Giovanna Santos (+78kg) on Saturday. In addition, the club also secured two bronze medals, with Rafaela Batista (57kg) and Kauan Jorge (81kg).
In the overall picture, Mengão stood out even more, reaching second place in the women's category and fifth in the men's category, reinforcing its position as one of the main forces in national judo.
