CRFlamengo took second place overall in the medal table at the Individual and Absolute State Judo Championships. The competition took place last weekend at the Maracanãzinho gymnasium.

Rubro-negros of all categories achieved good results, reaching 2nd place, with a total of 85 medals (17 gold / 14 silver / 11 bronze). Instituto Reação was the State champion, with 122 medals (24 gold / 17 silver / 24 bronze). Gama Filho took 3rd place, with 94 medals (16 gold / 13 silver / 10 bronze).

Strong and renowned names from Flamengo's dojo, such as Leonardo Leite (light heavyweight) and Linda Calderaro (heavyweight), secured their victories in the Individual and Absolute disputes.
