Olympic champion and two-time world judo champion Rafaela Silva was honored during her final training session in Gávea before leaving for the Paris Olympic Games.

President Rodolfo Landim, General Vice President Rodrigo Dunshee, and Vice President of Olympic Sports Deborah Frochtengarten presented a personalized kit with a cap, letter, and shirt. Furthermore, all the judokas and coaching staff of the red-and-black team prepared posters and flags wishing "Braba" good luck. Heavyweight Giovanna Santos, known as Gigi, who will be attending the Olympics as a support athlete, was also honored.

All athletes from other sports and members of the technical committee who will participate in the Games will also receive the special Paris 2024 Mantle.
