A reference on the mats, CRFlamengo will host the second training session for the Rio de Janeiro judo teams, who will be competing in the Brazilian Regional Championship, between April 11th and 13th, in Guarapari (ES). The meeting will be next Saturday (April 5th), starting at 4:14 pm, at the Gávea dojo.

The first training session for the national teams was also held at the red-black dojo, last Saturday (29/3). According to Alexandre Garcez, one of the CRFlamengo coaches, the training sessions include the participation of the main clubs in Rio de Janeiro and are considered extremely important for the formation of the teams.\ \ Check the training schedules, according to the categories:\
