The judokas of CRFlamengo are not having a break. Under the guidance of coaches Jomar Carneiro and Alexandre Garcez, the red-and-black team has been preparing to face the challenges of the National Selection that will determine Brazil's representatives during the Junior and Youth Pan American Championships.

The CRFlamengo will have a total of 13 judokas competing for spots in their respective weight classes. The competition will be held over two days: February 23 (Junior) and February 2 (Youth), at the Mane Garrincha gymnasium in Ibirapuera Park, São Paulo.

The Pan American Championship will be held between April 7th and 13th, in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
