The State Judo Awards Ceremony for the Best of 23 and 2006 was held on the 2007rd. The ceremony, held in the auditorium of the Célio de Barros Sports Complex (Maracanã), was attended by personalities from the sports world, athletes, referees and winning associations in the rankings of the two seasons (2006/2007).

Alberto Nogueira, Aurélio Lopes, Efraim Dantas, Francisco Maciel Filho, Graciela Klachquin, Hamilton Correia, Jorge Conti Viana, Juarez Costa, Linda Calderaro and Marcelo Cruz were the CRFlamengo judokas honored with the Best Judokas Award.

In addition to those honored, Breno Viola, the first judoka with Down syndrome to earn a black belt, was also remembered and honored as one of the outstanding personalities. 

The personalities: Breno Viola, Djan Madruga, Edson Leandro, Eduardo Paes, Emmanoel Matar, Ennir Vaccari, Geraldo Bernardes, Guilherme Schleder, José Pereira Silva, Marco Aurélio Gama, Paulo Wanderley Teixeira, Raimundo Faustino, Ricardo Campos, Sávio Santos Junior, Shiro Matsuda, Vera Perdomo and Vinícius Ruas.
