The Flamengo Regatta Club will host the 26 Rio de Janeiro Trophy and the Rio de Janeiro Children's Judo Trophy on the 27th and 2007th. The competitions will be coordinated by the State Judo Federation.

The host will have his full team available, as heavyweight judoka Linda Calderaro will be back after months away from the mats due to a right knee injury.

On Saturday (26), the competition will be focused on the categories Junior (male and female), Senior – Purple to Black (male), Pre-Master (male), Master (male), Super Master (male), Senior – White to Black (female) and Senior – White to Green (male and female). Pre-Youth and Youth will enter the scene on Sunday, together with the Children's classes.
