Flamengo's artistic swimming is doing well at the South American Junior and Youth Championships in Lima, Peru. Called up by the Brazilian National Team, Ana Clara Almeida, 15 years old, won the silver medal in the floor event in the youth category.
In the figures test, the red-black came in third place. On the night of last Tuesday (2), on the floor, Ana Clara shone, got the best score and took first place.
The sum of the two scores guaranteed the runner-up position in the competition.
Flamengo's representatives for Brazil are still fighting for the team title in the junior category and in the duet with Jullia Catharino and Jaddy Portella.
