Athletes from Mais Querido compete in the Artistic Swimming Figures Tournament

Competition takes place this Saturday (27) at Tijuca Tennis Club

The red-and-black artistic swimming teams face another important challenge. This Saturday (27), at the Tijuca Tênis Clube pool, the Figures Tournament will be held for the categories from Children to Senior. The competition will begin at 8 a.m. and will feature the participation of the main clubs in Rio de Janeiro that practice the sport.

In addition to Flamengo, Fluminense, Tijuca, and Guanabara will compete for dominance in Rio's artistic swimming competition across all categories. In total, the Mais Querido will participate in the competition with a team of 31 athletes.

Senior
Giovana Stephan, Maria Clara Lobo, Lorena Molinos, Gabriela Regly, Laura Miccuci, Maria Eduarda Miccuci, Jullia Catharino, Rebecca Rodrigues, Vitória Casale and Renan Alcântara. 

Junior
Jaddy Portela, Maria Luiza Fonseca, Grazielly Miranda, Manuella de Menezes, Ana Beatriz Almeida, Cinthya Kethellen, Maria Eduarda Ferreira and Julia Bouças. 

Young Adult
Ana Clara Almeida, Eduarda Carrilho, Emily Santos, Nicole Chinohara, Beatriz Amorim, Leonora Jareta, Thamirys Conceição and João Bouças.

Children
Hannah Sukman, Sofia Chagas, Giovana Faria, Giulia Duarte and Luiza Araújo.


The artistic swimming teams of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo rely on resources from their sponsors – Banco Bonsucesso, Furnas, Estácio, LafargeHolcim/Cimento Mauá, EY – via the Federal Incentive Law/Ministry of Sports (IR), in addition to support from the Brazilian Confederation of Clubs (CBC) resulting from the decentralization of resources originating from the Pelé Law.
