The synchronized swimming athletes of CRFlamengo are training at an intense pace, aiming for the Brazilian Absolute and Free Combined Championship, which will be held between November 20th and 22nd, at Julio Delamare, Maracanã sports complex.

According to Roberta Périllier, coach of Gávea and the Brazilian national team, Flamengo's chances of winning the championship are strong. "We have top athletes on the team, who have been training hard for this competition, which is the last one of the year."

Recently, the junior team, also under the command of Roberta Périllier, became two-time Brazilian champions, with the theme “100 years of Japanese Immigration in Brazil”.
