A new red-and-black duo has begun to emerge and reap the rewards. During the Brazilian Youth Synchronized Swimming Championships, held at the Corinthians pool in São Paulo, the duo of Mariana Rivas and Marcella Coimbra was one of the standout performers of the competition, which featured several national clubs.

With great resourcefulness, determination, and charisma, the Flamengo duo secured the gold medal in the beginner category. In addition to the gold medal won by the duo, Flamengo also secured the silver medal in the team competition, level A, and in the club competition, also level A.

\

"Congratulations to them. It's a lot of dedication and a friendship that grows stronger every day, which is the most beautiful thing about all of this," said Mariana Rivas's mother.

\

The young prospects put on a show of complicity for the spectators and left the coaching staff very satisfied.
