Flamengo's Children's and Junior teams won gold in the 18st Artistic Swimming Solos Technical Tournament. The competition was held in Vasco da Gama's pools last Saturday (XNUMX).
Giovana Faria (58,7957), from the Children's category, and Jaddy Portela (72,7439), from the Junior category, secured first place for the Mais Querido in the competition. In addition to the two gold medals, Ana Clara Almeida (66,9000), the red-black representative from the Junior category, took silver in the Technical Floor.
Now, the red-black teams are preparing for the State Technical Routine Championship, which is scheduled for July.
The artistic swimming teams of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo rely on resources from their sponsors – Banco Bonsucesso, Furnas, Estácio, LafargeHolcim/Cimento Mauá, EY – via the Federal Incentive Law/Ministry of Sports (IR), in addition to support from the Brazilian Confederation of Clubs (CBC) resulting from the decentralization of resources originating from the Pelé Law.
