Maria Clara Lobo wins second place in the Technical Duet in Cochabamba

Flamengo athlete Maria Clara Lobo won second place in the Technical Routine Duet at the ODESUR South American Games this Sunday (03). In Cochabamba, Bolivia, the red-black athlete scored 80.47 points alongside Luisa Borges and under the command of Beta Perillier, her coach at Mais Querido. 

Representing the Brazilian artistic swimming team, Maria Clara returns to compete this Tuesday (05) in the Free Routine Duet in search of first place. The athlete was elected the best in the modality in the 2017 season and received the Brazilian Olympic Award in a ceremony held in March of this year.

The artistic swimming teams of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo rely on resources from their sponsors – Banco Bonsucesso, Furnas, Estácio, LafargeHolcim/Cimento Mauá, EY – via the Federal Incentive Law/Ministry of Sports (IR), in addition to support from the Brazilian Confederation of Clubs (CBC)
