The Brazilian synchronized swimming team has been training hard for the World Aquatics Championships in Rome, Italy, to be held in July of this year. The team, made up of nine athletes, six of whom are from the Brazilian National Football Federation (CRF), trains daily under the guidance of Brazilian coaches Roberta Périllier and Maura Xavier.

- One of the themes of the choreography for the World Cup will be Japan, in reference to the 100 years of Japanese colonization in Brazil, and the other, very current, will be India - said coach Roberta.

The athletes will have no rest until July. Training is being held at two locations: CRFlamengo and Júlio de Lamare (schedules below).
