Red-and-black Artistic Swimming enters the final stretch of preparation for the State Championship

The competition will be held between October 25th and 27th at Tijuca Tênis Clube

The red-and-black artistic swimming teams are in the final stages of preparation for another challenge this season. The Mais Querido athletes will face the Junior to Senior State Championship, scheduled to take place from October 25th to 27th at the Tijuca Tennis Club. 

The adult athletes who will represent the Red-Black team in the competition are: Bernardo Silva, Renan Alcântara, Giovana Stephan, Gabriela Regly, Lorena Molinos, Laryssa Cerutti, Laura Miccuci, Duda Miccuci, Vitória Casale, Jéssica Noutel, Jullia Catharino, Rebecca Rodrigues, and Jaddy Portela. The Red-Black team will be led by coach Roberta Perillier.

"Since August, when the Junior, Junior, and Senior athletes who were competing in the World Championships and the Pan American Games in Lima returned to the club, we've been fully focused on the State Championship, which will be the first of four weekends of very important competitions for Flamengo's artistic swimming team. We're fully focused and fully prepared for the State Championship," Beta emphasized.

After participating in the tournament, Mais Querido turns its attention to the Brazilian Interclub Artistic Swimming Championship, which will take place from November 29th to December 1st in Rio de Janeiro. The competition will feature athletes from all categories, from Beginner to Senior.


The artistic swimming teams of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo rely on resources from their sponsors – Banco Bonsucesso, Furnas, Estácio, LafargeHolcim/Cimento Mauá, EY – via the Federal Incentive Law/Ministry of Sports (IR), in addition to support from the Brazilian Confederation of Clubs (CBC) resulting from the decentralization of resources originating from the Pelé Law.
