It couldn't be any different. With two red-and-black athletes on the synchronized swimming team, Brazil secured fourth place in the duet and solo events at the Latin American Aquatics Cup, held in San Marino from April 4st to 21th.

Lorena Molinos (pictured), one of the sport's biggest breakout performers today, was responsible for the 4th-place finish achieved by the duo, formed with Maria Bruno (Brazilian national team). The duo achieved a score of 84.333, finishing behind the teams of Spain, Mexico, and Italy, who completed the podium.

Maria Eduarda Werneck, another red-black who has been standing out, secured 4th place on the floor, scoring 84.167, with the song Shakira.

The two CRFlamengo athletes secured their places on the Brazilian team after national selection, held in December of last year.
