Renowned choreographer Stephan Miermont approved the performance of the Flamengo athletes representing the Brazilian National Team during their visit to Brazil to teach the International Synchronized Swimming Clinic, approved by the Brazilian Confederation of Aquatic Sports. He was at Flamengo's headquarters in Gávea all last week to choreograph the new performances of the Brazilian girls, both as a group and in duets.

"They work well, they're very disciplined and very strong. They just lack a little technique in the small details. But, as they dedicate themselves a lot, this will improve," said Miermont, who took the opportunity to add:

"The importance of this clinic is, above all, to create good choreography for the World Cup. This is what usually makes the difference between the finalist countries and those that don't make it to the final. It's that extra something in the choreography."

Of the 13 athletes who participated in this International Clinic, seven were from Flamengo.
