Red-and-black synchronized swimmers win gold in Germany
Flamengo girls reach the highest place on the podium for the Brazilian National Team
By Communication - Official Club Website - inThe synchronized swimming athletes of the red-black team participated, last Saturday (07.03), in another international competition for the Brazilian Team. Lorena Molinos, Jessica Gonçalves, Maria Clara Coutinho and Giovana Stephan achieved the highest place on the podium at the German Open, alongside six other girls from the team, in the Combined Free Routine, combo.
With first place, Brazil left behind Switzerland (2nd), Argentina (3rd), Germany (4th) and China (5th), proving the good performance of the Brazilian team. Before, on Friday (06.03), Lorena and Maria Clara had already won a bronze medal in the team technical routine, swimming with the theme 'capoeira'.
The national team, which has 12 swimmers to test different athletes in each championship, has already scheduled its next challenge. Next week, the Brazilian delegation will compete at the French Open in Paris, from March 13th to 15th.
