The Julio Delamare Aquatic Park, located in the Maracanã sports complex, is preparing to host the Brazil Synchro Open. The competition, a first in Brazilian waters, will take place from June 3rd to 5th, featuring the top stars of synchronized swimming. Flamengo, which makes up the majority of the Brazilian national team, will enter with all the grit and charm the sport demands.

With the confirmed presence of the red-blacks Lorena Molinos, Giovana Stephan, the twins Daniella and Gabriella Figueiredo, Maria Eduarda Pereira, Michelle Frota, Joseane Martins and Jéssica Noutel, Brazil has a great chance of achieving excellent results.

The Brazil Open, the CBDA's new international competition, will bring together, in addition to the host, the teams from the United States, Canada, Germany, Argentina, France, Colombia and Aruba, in a great opportunity to measure the level of the opponents that Brazil will face at the World Aquatics Championships in Shanghai, in July.

Another new feature of the event is the presence of the clubs. In addition to the eight red-and-blacks from the national team, already mentioned above, Flamengo will also have Camilla Ururahy, Marcela Pereira, Maria Eduarda Cavalcanti, and Aline Vieira as the official representatives of the Red-and-Blacks.

\

Then, on the Monday following the event (06.06), the Brazilian team, with the exception of the twins, travels to Italy to compete in the Savona Open.
