Many people consider synchronized swimming a beautiful sport. However, few realize that this graceful, flexible sport can be a great ally in developing coordination, as well as being an excellent cardiorespiratory exercise.

The Sempre Flamengo Sports School (EESF) offers swimming classes for children ages eight and older with basic swimming skills, making it a great option for enrolling your daughter. Being part of the team allows students to connect and interact in a pleasant and welcoming environment, make new friends, and engage in physical activity. Thais's classes take place in the pool at the Gávea social center.

Classes at the Sempre Flamengo Sports Schools (EESF) contribute to the development of better citizens and future athletes who may represent the Most Beloved, in addition to promoting integration among students of all ages.
