Brazilian Youth Water Polo Cup

Rubro-negro in search of a second consecutive championship.

With Bauru Tênis' withdrawal, the Brazilian Youth Water Polo Cup will feature eight teams competing for the championship title. The competition will be held this weekend (June 29th to July 06st) at the Bolão Aquatic Park in Jundiaí, São Paulo.

Rio de Janeiro will be represented by the teams Flamengo, Fluminense, Botafogo and Tijuca, Paineiras do Morumby, Paulistano, A Hebraica and the host Jundiaiense.

Flamengo will be aiming for its second consecutive championship. In 2006, Flamengo won the title at home, defeating Botafogo on penalties.
