The CBI Under-18 Water Polo Championship in Gávea comes to an end

The Brazilian Under-18 Championship, held at Fadel Fadel Park in Gávea, has come to an end. The PoloFla women's and men's teams finished fourth in their respective categories. In both categories, the "Mais Querido" (The Most Beloved) team filled its rosters with young players under the age limit. With the experience gained, our boys aim to reach even greater heights.

In the first stage, the men's team achieved one win and two draws. This campaign saw them face Paineiras do Morumby, winning 13-5. In the semifinals, they were defeated by Sesi. After a draw in the group stage with ABDA, the Gávea club lost and finished fourth. The women's team, made up of young athletes, defeated Tijuca in the first stage. In the semifinals, they faced Sesi, who went on to win the competition.
