Flamengo won another match valid for the Men's Adult State Water Polo Championship. In a round held at the Fadel Fadel Aquatic Park, Gávea headquarters, the red-black team defeated Botafogo 13 to 12 (4 to 2 / 5 to 3 / 3 to 4 / 1 to 3).

Flamengo's goals were scored by Heitor (6), Rodriguinho (3), Ferando Rocha (2), Cubano (1) and Douglas (1).

Flamengo's Heitor Carrulo (pictured) is the competition's second-highest scorer, with a total of 10 goals. Fluminense's Beto is the top scorer, with 18 goals.

The semifinal and final rounds of the Men's Adult State Championship have been rescheduled. The semifinals will be held on November 2nd in the runner-up pool, and the finals will be held on Saturday, November 2rd in the 3st-place pool.
