A new competition, a new hope for titles for CR Flamengo. In the opening round of the Brazilian Under-21 Water Polo Cup, a competition on the CBDA calendar, Flamengo's women's team defeated Botafogo 15-2.
The goals were scored by Mariana (8), Carol (3), Karynna (2), Mayra (1) and Paula (1). The competition will be held until Sunday (19/5), in the Tijuca Tênis Clube pool.
In the men's game, in the Fla-Flu classic, Flamengo was at a 5-1 disadvantage on the scoreboard, but managed to tie the match at 7-7. Lucas (3), Rodrigo (2) and Heitor (2) were responsible for the red-black reaction.
