Flamengo won its first challenge in the Brazilian Junior Men's Water Polo Championship.

The competition began this Friday (18/05), in the 50m pool at the Fadel Fadel Aquatic Park, at the CRFlamengo headquarters.

The red-black team, led by coaches Sólon dos Santos and Paulo Licastro, beat Botafogo 9-6.

The goals were scored by the following athletes: Douglas (1), Guilherme (1), Heitor (3), Luis (1), Felipe (1), Gustavo (2).

Later, at 21:15 pm, Flamengo will face the A Hebraica team.
