Flamengo crushed the Tijuca team. In a match valid for the Women's Water Polo State Championship, played on Saturday, at the Fluminense pool, Flamengo defeated Tijuca by a score of 23 to 2 (5 to 0 / 6 to 0 / 4 to 0 / 8 to 2).

The red-black goals were scored by players Illana (8), Carol Mello (5), Karinna (4), Paula (2), Manu Garcia (2), Luíza (1) and Nathália (1). So far, Illana is the competition's top scorer, with eight goals.

The women's state championship has the participation of three teams: Flamengo, Botafogo and Tijuca.

In the Men's State Championship, which has five teams, Flamengo drew with Tijuca 8-8 (2-1 / 1-4 / 1-0 / 4-3). The goals for the Gávea team were scored by: Lucas (3), Cubano (2), Douglas (1), Diego (1) and Heitor (1).

On Wednesday the 10th, the Men's State Championship round, which was scheduled to be held at Botafogo's pool, was moved to Guanabara. Flamengo will face Fluminense. The derby is scheduled for 20 pm. Botafogo and Guanabara will then conclude the day's matches.
