CR Flamengo leads the South American water polo club rankings. The information was released by the website poloaquatico.com.br this Sunday (October 14th). According to the website, adding up all competitions so far, the Rio de Janeiro club has the highest points average since the start of the 10 season.
The South American ranking is based on the following criteria: points per game, goals for, goals against, and the difference between goals for and goals against. If all criteria are tied, the higher number of games played will be the tiebreaker.
Illana Pinheiro (photo), top scorer in the Adult Women's State Championship, with 18 goals, was recently elected the best player among Latinas.
