This Thursday (10/1), the 26 players called up (from São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro) to compete in the Water Polo Pre-Olympics, in Imperia, Italy, between February 17th and 24th, will be carrying out their first training session together.

The seven Rio de Janeiro natives, all athletes from CR Flamengo, will travel to São Paulo, where they will train at Esporte Clube Pinheiros. The exceptions will be Cecília and Marina (pictured) Canetti, who requested a waiver due to playing abroad.

Next week, from January 18th to 20th, it will be the São Paulo team's turn to visit Rio de Janeiro. Training will take place at the Fadel Fadel Aquatic Park, home to the Gávea sports complex.
