Due to preparations for the Pre-Olympic Rowing Championship, which will be held between the 17th and 19th of November, the 3rd Regatta of the 2007 State Championship will be held this Saturday, the 10th, on the tracks of Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas.

Flamengo won the 2nd Regata championship, but is struggling to overtake Vasco da Gama in the Championship points tally. At the time, the title was celebrated as a tribute to Buck (Guilherme Augusto do Eirado Silva), who would have turned 80 the following day.

The competitions will begin at 9 am, with the following events:
