The experience was worth it for the CRFlamengo rowers who competed in the 1st Rio de Janeiro Indoor Rowing Championship, held on the 15th. The event, promoted by Concept2, was held at Barra Garden, with the presence of rowers from Flamengo and several clubs from Rio.

Renata Görgen, one of Flamengo's standouts, won the 30-meter race (39-XNUMX age category) and also took first place alongside Brunno Trombetta in the mixed doubles event. All Flamengo rowers who participated in the Indoor Championship achieved excellent results, consistently finishing first or second on the podium.

Simone Bravo, along with Daniel Dalmau, finished second in the mixed category, 20 to 29 years old. Daniel was one of Flamengo's standout performers in winning the Oito Com (Eight with) at the III Vitória Marathon, held on the morning of the 15th. The Flamengo athlete won the indoor 17-meter race (19 to XNUMX years old category).

The competition also featured rowers Diego Pacheco and Juan Guasque Rizzi, who finished second and fourth in the individual 20-29 age category. Brunno Trombetta secured first place.
