On the morning of this Saturday (5), Clube de Regatas do Flamengo competed in the Third Regatta of the 2025 State Rowing Championship, held at Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas. After great performances in the first two stages of the season, the red-black team maintained the high level and repeated the feat: VICTORY! There were nine triumphs in races, as in previous regattas.

The day began with a gold medal for Macaquinho Sagrado athletes in the Women's Four Sculls event. Soon after, Flamengo won gold and silver in the same event—the Men's Four Sculls—showing the strength of the squad. They didn't reach the podium in the following event, but the team soon returned to victory and secured more medals throughout the morning. In total, Flamengo won 4 medals.

With this result, Mengão remains in the lead of the state championship. The competition will continue on August 31st, October 5th, and November 16th.
