Red-black claw in the Unified Brazilian Rowing Trophy

Rubro-negros guarantee good positions in the final phase.

The Unified Brazilian Rowing Trophy, which is being held at the USP Olympic tracks in São Paulo, ends this Sunday (October 8). This Thursday, Juliana Paiva Neto won first place in the junior women's sculls event.

Renata Görgen and Kíssya Cataldo secured second place in the Senior A Double Sculls, the same position achieved by the Lightweight Men's Two-Skiff rowers, Thiago Almeida and Leandro Loureiro. The Senior A Women's Two-Skiff, formed by Kíssya Cataldo and Juliana Guimarães, also finished second.

More victories for the red-and-blacks this Friday morning (5/10). Déborah Amorim and Ana Elisa Muniz finished in first place in the Women's Lightweight Double. It's worth noting that Déborah is two months pregnant.

A red-and-black double in the Junior Men's Double Sculls event. CRFlamengo's A and B crews took first and second place, with rowers Nicolas Satriano and Daniel Freitas and Francisco Pascoal and Mairon de Oliveira, respectively with 6'56"32 and 7'00"42.

The quartet formed by the red-blacks who were part of the Brazilian team at the XV Pan American Games Rio-2007, Thiago Gomes, Thiago Almeida, Leandro Loureiro and José Carlos Sobral Júnior, came in second place in the Lightweight Four Without event.
