The CRFlamengo crews shone at Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas during the Regatta commemorating the 200th anniversary of the Marine Corps, and secured first place in seven of the sixteen events held this Saturday (31/5).

In addition to the victories and the gold medal, the red-blacks were also able to witness the debut of the recently signed Amanda Duarte who, alongside Ana Carolina (Panterinha), won the Women's Double Sculls lightweight event.

"Starting with a win is always good! Now let's fine-tune the boat for the State Championship," said Amanda, with the gold medal on her chest.

The next challenge for the red-blacks will be on June 15th, in the 4th Regatta of the State Championship.
