Warm-ups for the 2007 state rowing season have begun. This Sunday, the 24th, the CRFlamengo crews will be in competitive mode on the waters of Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas. The Regata dos Rubro-Negros will begin at 8:30 a.m., with 12 races.

The Regatta, an internal competition of CRFlamengo, will not be worth points, but will serve as preparation for the rowers who will be in action in the 2007 State Rowing Championship.

It's not yet officially confirmed, but the 1st State Regatta is scheduled for September 9th. The main names of the red-black rowing team will not be participating in the regatta, as they are training with the Brazilian team.

It's worth noting that CRFlamengo has the largest number of athletes on the Brazilian rowing team. Of the eight rowers selected, seven will compete and represent Brazil at the 2007 XV Pan American Games.

6th race – 9:45 am: Adapted Rowing

7th event – ​​10am: Men’s Canoe (Project and School)

8th race – 10:15 am: Yole 8 Men's Master

9th event – ​​10:30 am: Men's Master Four Sculls

10th test – 10:45 am: Yole 8 of Trombadinhas

11th race – 11am: Men’s Yole 8 (Project)
