Flamengo emerged victorious in the first match of the final against the Unipli team (Plínio Leite University Center) in the Rio Men's Volleyball Cup.

By 3 sets to 1, the red-black team, led by coach Arly Cunha, emerged victorious at the Hélio Maurício gym, at the Gávea headquarters.

A well-contested game with beautiful plays. Both teams showed grit and showed signs that the contest will continue to be fierce.

The next match between Flamengo and Unipli will be next Sunday, June 24th, at the Unipli court.
