In a match played on the Volleyball Development Center court in Saquarema, the Flamengo women's team, master category (45+), won the championship title by defeating the Iate Club team from Brasília by 2 sets to 0.

With the support of the red-and-black fans, always present, the team from Gávea easily defeated their opponents, lifting the category champions' trophy for the second time.

However, in the second set, the red-and-black team's comeback was the weapon used by the Rio team, which was trailing by five points. With nine consecutive points, Flamengo secured the lead and the championship title, also won in 2004. 

With this victory, CRFlamengo volleyball shows its tradition and that it's more alive than ever. Congratulations, girls.
